Both 800H and 800HT are typically considered as premium alloys to the Inconel 800.Inconel 800 alloy is one of the first alloys, and it is little modified into 800H. This modification is basically for controlling carbon from 0.05-0.10% and optimizing stress rupture properties. Inconel 800HT also forward has improvements combined with titanium and aluminum levels of 1% to ensure access to high temperatures. In addition, both alloys obtain elevated temperatures to produce about a usual grain size of coarser. The nickel alloy combines with both 800H and 800HT. Therefore, it is dual certified.
