Stainless Steel 347/347H Butt Weld Fittings are engineered products that accommodate the latest trend for packed powered performance that can even withstand high temperature and cryogenic temperatures. Grade 347/347H fittings are mostly used across paper and pulp industries due to the capabilities of avoiding air bubbles in pipelines and corrosion resistance against crevice and pitting environments. The chemical composition of 347 and 347H is almost similar except carbon composition, which is up to 0.08% in 347 and up to 0.1% in 347H; apart from that, they have chromium composition for about 20%, nickel up to 13%, and the rest of the elements ranging less than 2% are manganese and silicon like other to stabilize the chemical balance of the material. 347 and 347H Butt Weld Fittings can give resistance against crevice, pitting, and intergranular corrosion due to the small addition of niobium.
